The Best roofing company is truly one of a kind. Daniel takes pride in his work and is there to help explain how the whole process works from start to finish. These guys know what they are doing. From the start of my insurance claim to getting a new roof put on, Daniel was there to answer questions and keep things moving smoothly. I’m new to all this and he was very good at explaining things.  I thought it was pretty cool that he said if I wasn’t scared of heights that I could come up on the roof with him so he could point some things out to me that he found/ was looking for when examining my roof. I was very impressed with how efficient his crew put new shingles on and how well they cleaned everything up afterwards. I can’t wait for the best roofing company to get new siding/ gutters put on my house now too! I wouldn’t go with any other contractor after working with the best roofing company! Insurance Claims, Quality Work, and an Unmatched Crew

Dan and his team at The Best Roofing Company are exactly what their name implies—the best. They handled the roofing, gutters, LP SmartSide siding, and also replaced a picture window and a half-moon window, plus installed aluminum wraps on all my window trims and doors. Every part of the job was done with care, precision, and professionalism.

What truly stood out to me was Dan’s expertise with the insurance claims process. He helped get my entire claim approved—something I never could have managed on my own. It was a stress-free, hands-off experience from beginning to end. His transparency and communication made a big difference.

And I can’t say enough about Haley Hanneman, their production manager. She’s organized, thoughtful, and incredibly respectful of your time. She didn’t just give me a list of available dates—she asked what was most convenient for me, explained the full process clearly, and kept me updated with photos and emails. She even arranged installation while I was away on a family vacation. She’s the type of person who genuinely cares—and it shows.

Now let me be very clear: I wouldn’t work with anyone else. I don’t know where they found their crew lead, Sway, but I can tell you—they don’t make men like that anymore. He carries himself with professionalism, communicates clearly, and treats everyone with genuine respect. I watched him take charge on-site—not from a distance, but right there with the crew, staying late, solving problems, and making sure no detail was missed. You can tell he takes pride in the work, and it shows in the final result.

At one point, I asked him how he stays so fit and in such a good mood, given how physically demanding the job is. He took the time to talk to me about health, recovery, and shared a few supplement tips that have dramatically improved my sleep and energy levels. I genuinely feel better every day because of that conversation. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that kind of personal care and insight to a construction job—but Sway does.

If I ever have another project, I wouldn’t call any other company, and I wouldn’t want anyone but Sway managing the job. He’s not just a crew lead—he’s someone you trust to take care of your home like it’s his own. His professionalism, work ethic, honesty, and communication are exactly what homeowners hope to find—and almost never do.
